Information Sharing and Safeguarding Adults
The agreement provides a consistent regional framework for information sharing to support the safeguarding of children, families and adults at risk and the prevention of crime and disorder across Bath and North East Somerset, Bristol, North Somerset, Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
The Tier 1 Information Sharing Agreement establishes the overarching legal, governance and accountability arrangements that enable partner agencies to share information appropriately, lawfully and proportionately in order to protect and promote the welfare of children and adults, manage risk and support effective multi-agency working.
