About Professional Curiosity

Professional curiosity is an essential part of safeguarding and a fundamental aspect of working together to keep adults and children safe. Professionals need to have an awareness of their own personal bias and how it affects how they see those they are working with, and they are encouraged to use reflective supervision to support their practice.
